CLINTON -- Tuesday was a mixed bag of emotions for the Clinton Maroons wrestling team. 
The evening began with the host home team facing the Tremont Turks.  The Turks were no match for the Maroons as they fell almost too easily, 59-15, to the home team grapplers. 

Lady Maroons in action at Riverton Christmas Tournament

WILLIAMSVILLE -- The Clinton Lady Maroons girls basketball team made only nine field goals Monday and lost 60-35 to Sherrard on the first day of the Riverton Christmas Tournament.
The Tigers led 16-7 after one period and 30-12 at the half.

WILLIAMSVILLE -- The visiting Clinton Maroons boys basketball team led 7-3 early at Williamsville last Thursday, but went almost eight minutes without a basket and never seriously threatened again in a 46-29 loss.
