Clinton 40-Villa Grove 22 in CHS home opener

CLINTON -- On Friday, the Clinton High School (CHS) Maroons football team began a new season, chalking up a win for the home crowd.

CLINTON -- On Friday evening, August 19, the Clinton Junior High (CJHS) softball team hosted the start of its annual 3D Softball Tournament, with nine other teams  participating.

Individual sport athletes work hard every day for several hours a day.  For a team to compete, players not only have to be their best but need to be able to work with their teammates.
