Mitchell at Rotary

On Tuesday, July 17 Representative Bill Mitchell spoke to members of the Clinton Rotary about the state’s financial situation. “Our expectation of government has changed over the years,’ said Mitchell. “We have to reform the way we spend money. We have to limit the growth of spending.”
