Finfrock celebrates 25 years with soil and water district

CLINTON — The DeWitt County Soil and Water Conservation District recognized Shelley Finfrock this week for her 25 years with the district. Finfrock is district manager and served for many years as resource conservationist.

District board chairman Myron Kirby presented the award to Finfrock. He reflected on the progress made by the agency during Finfrock’s service.
